We will pair you up with a primary coach (or coaches) who has not only passed the school / selection you are headed to as a trainee themselves, but also served in the special operations units and went on to also serve in the cadre, instructor and/or selection committee roles at these same elite programs you hope to complete. 

Our coaches will make you sure you have every possible advantage going in to increase your chances of success.

Your instructor will have current knowledge and contacts in the program you are headed to in order to ensure you have the best possible knowledge of what to expect and how to prepare (without violating school policies).

You will simply not find more expert, qualified coaches or a better way to maximize your chances of making the cut.

Your custom special operations preparation program will include…
  • Comprehensive personal evaluation including digital questionnaire, performance testing, video evaluations, wearable performance tracking technologies and psychological evaluations.
  • 12 hours with your primary coach spread across numerous sessions and follow-ups that will last from 15-60 minutes, with multiple assignments, as well as goals and milestones to achieve.
  • Custom designed 6-week special operations selection prep fitness program with real-time performance tracking and feedback from your coach.
  • Gear and equipment review and preparation.
  • Custom designed “mini-selection” culmination exercise, conducted remotely or in-person, to give you a realistic preview of some of the challenges and stress you will face during the actual selection process.

Operator Training Program

Not everyone has the opportunity to become a real special operator, but anyone can train like an operator, using the same combat-tested, cutting edge methods that have been improved and refined for decades within the most elite units in the world. 

This is a truly rare and unique opportunity to train with some of the most elite veteran operators in the world.  You won't have just one instructor, but many - across a variety of skills and disciplines.

This program is intended for those who are highly-motivated and willing to dedicate the time, energy and focus required to achieve higher-level mastery of combat and tactical skills.

Your program will include…
  • A custom-tailored, multi-skill training program designed as a collaborative effort between our entire elite coaching staff and cadre of experts.
  • Comprehensive personal evaluation including digital questionnaire, performance testing, video evaluations, wearable performance tracking technologies and psychological evaluations.
  • 30 hours with a custom-tailored combination of elite coaches and instructors designed to develop and enhance a wide range of skill sets, spread across numerous sessions that will last from 15-minutes to 3 hours.
  • Gear review and preparation
  • Custom designed and continually updated fitness program with real-time performance tracking and feedback from your coach
