AJ is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major with over 46 years of tactical and instruction experience, 17 of those years serving as a Tier-1 operator in a national-level Special Mission Unit (SMU).
Following his military service, AJ worked with the U.S. Government and has trained hundreds of military special operations units and law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Ax is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret and professional development
consultant with over 35 years of military and business leadership
experience.
His military active duty assignments include service with the 82nd Airborne Division, the 10th Special Forces Group and the JFK Special Warfare Training Center and School (JFKSWCS) as a Chief instructor and Master Trainer.
