Instructor Axe is a retired U.S. Army Special
Forces Green Beret and professional development consultant with over 35 years
of military and business leadership experience.
His military active duty assignments include service with the 82nd Airborne Division, the 10th Special Forces Group and the JFK Special Warfare Training Center and School (JFKSWCS).
During his service at the JFK Special Warfare Training Center and School (JFKSWCS), Axe served as a Chief Instructor and Master Trainer. He was nominated three times for the JFKSWCS Instructor of the Year award.

Upon his retirement from active duty, Axe worked for the Department of the Army
as a Training Director & HR Supervisor, where he and his team were responsible
for redesigning the Special Forces Instructor Training Course and
Phase II of the Special Forces Qualification Course.
Axe also worked as an Adaptive Leadership consultant for Yorktown Systems Group, facilitating their Adaptive Leadership Course to government, corporate and academic organizations and institutions.
